Work options: Hybrid
We are passionate about people making their own decisions about where and when they work. Our aim is to facilitate hybrid working (mix of in the office and from home) where possible to support our people to be effective, empowered, and productive to achieve both their career and personal goals. Because we recognise that working flexibly means different things to different people, flexible working exists in many forms.
Humanforceʼs vision is to make work easier and life better for frontline and flexible workforces.
Humanforce provides the market leading, best-in-one human capital management (HCM) suite for frontline and flexible workforces - without compromise. Our employee centered, intelligent and compliant HCM suite is highly integrated and composable, and consists of Workforce Management (WFM), HR, Talent, Payroll, and Wellbeing.
Humanforce has built strong foundations since its founding in 2002. We help over 2300 customers and almost 1 million employees under management in 30+ countries, across a wide range of industries, including aged, child and health care; education; hospitality; retail; local government and more. Today, we have offices across Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, North America and the Philippines.
Customers choose Humanforce because we enable them to deliver an exceptional employee experience, build a compelling employee value proposition, and connect the flow of the worlds talent with the growth, productivity and efficiency objectives of frontline and flexible workforces.
At Humanforce, we’re not experimenting at the edges of AI, we’re redesigning the core of how we operate. We see AI as a fundamental shift, not an incremental improvement, and we’re deliberately moving toward becoming an AI-native organisation.
That means rethinking how work gets done end-to-end, how we build our products, make decisions, serve customers, and scale impact. We’re not layering AI onto old ways of working, we’re redefining and reimagining our processes, tools, and team structures to take full advantage of what AI makes possible.
This is a moment of real change. We’re moving fast, learning in real time, and challenging assumptions about roles, workflows, and productivity. If you’re motivated by transformation, not optimisation, and want to help shape how a global tech company operates in an AI-first future, Humanforce is the place to do it.
We are looking for a Revenue Systems Specialist (HubSpot) to take day-to-day ownership of HubSpot across Humanforce’s Sales and Marketing functions.
This is not a traditional CRM administrator role.
You will be the subject matter expert for how HubSpot should be configured and used across our go-to-market organisation, combining strong platform administration with an understanding of Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, data, process design and automation – especially within an AI first context.
You’ll work within the Revenue Systems team alongside specialists in business analysis, architecture, systems automation and GTM engineering.
You won’t need to build every integration or automation yourself. Instead, you’ll understand HubSpot deeply enough to design the right solution, configure what belongs within HubSpot, and work with our Automation and GTM Engineers when necessary.
Own and optimise HubSpot
-
Act as a key platform owner and subject matter expert for HubSpot across Humanforce.
-
Own the configuration, health and ongoing optimisation of our HubSpot environment.
-
Manage complex workflows, properties, objects, lifecycle stages, pipelines, permissions and automation.
-
Maintain scalable standards for how HubSpot is configured and used.
-
Ensure changes support a sustainable CRM architecture rather than solving individual requests in isolation.
-
Maintain platform documentation and configuration standards.
-
Stay current with HubSpot product releases and identify capabilities that could benefit Humanforce.
Support Sales & Marketing Operations
Partner with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to improve how Hubspot supports our go-to-market teams. You’ll work closely with our Business Analyst, Automation Engineer and GTM engineer to design and build solutions that are modern and scalable.
You don’t need to be a marketer, or have worked in sales, but you should understand how a modern B2B SaaS organisation uses HubSpot.
You’ll work on problems like:
-
Optimising the way campaigns are tracked and managed in Hubspot
-
Making lifecycle management clear and sustainable
-
Building and maintaining Hubspot agents to accelerate workflows
-
Improving the visibility of Consent and subscription management
- Organizing and rolling out sales sequences and playbooks
-
Setting up clear data quality guidelines including monitoring and enforcement
You’ll develop a strong understanding of how our Sales organisation works and be able to translate operational requirements into practical HubSpot solutions.
You’re likely an experienced HubSpot administrator who has gradually found yourself becoming involved in everything around the CRM — Sales processes, Marketing automation, reporting, data, integrations and operational improvement.
You enjoy understanding why a business process exists rather than simply implementing the configuration requested.
You’re comfortable working directly with stakeholders but equally comfortable getting into the details of a workflow, property model or data problem.
Most importantly, you think of HubSpot as a business platform rather than a collection of features. We want someone comfortable saying, “HubSpot can do that, but there’s a better way.”
-
Approximately 3–6+ years of relevant CRM, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or Marketing Operations experience.

-
Experience supporting Sales and Marketing teams in a B2B environment.
-
An understanding of lead, contact, company and opportunity/deal lifecycle management.
-
Good understanding of CRM data quality and governance.
-
Confidence challenging requirements and recommending alternative solutions.
-

The ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
