About the role

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a float Paralegal to join our Brisbane office on a casual basis. This role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a busy practice and assist the team in all areas of secretarial support; you will perform a variety of tasks including; filing; correspondence for clients; and working closely with fee earners on matters.

What does the role involve?

Preparing documentation and correspondence
Research tasks
General administration including printing, scanning, collation and photocopying of all documents relating to matters including electronic and hard copy filing
Ensuring all files are up to date and easily accessible to others

About you

Ideally you will have some experience working in a Law firm and/or in your penultimate year of an undergraduate law degree. A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office is also expected as are excellent organisation and communication skills.

Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential, as are excellent communication skills.
