As a Full Time Assistant Store Manager at Adelaide Rundle Mall, you’ll play a key role in the daily success of the store. You will:

Lead and develop your team - coaching, motivating, and building a positive, inclusive culture that reflects Kathmandu’s values.
Bring a customer obsessed mindset - delivering exceptional service and turning outdoor enthusiasts into loyal brand advocates.
Drive operational excellence - managing stock, visual merchandising, store standards, and daily processes to keep everything running smoothly.
Use strong commercial awareness - understanding KPIs, sales targets, and local trends to drive performance and maximise results.
Champion the outdoors and sustainability - embodying our purpose and inspiring customers through authentic passion for adventure.
