As a Senior Field Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for building and executing integrated marketing programs to generate pipeline and drive revenue goals. The marketing plan is multi-tiered with primarily 1:few programs and includes measurements on overall marketing contribution to pipeline.

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Marketing Specialist to join our APJ Marketing team. Working closely with the Demand Generation & Integrated Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in executing AI-enabled, integrated marketing programs that generate pipeline, accelerate digital sales, and deliver measurable business impact across the Asia Pacific region.

You will leverage AI-powered tools, marketing automation and analytics to optimise campaigns, improve leads management, and uncover actionable insights. Working cross-functionally with sales, channel partners, business development and global marketing teams, you will help deliver and execute scalable, data-driven marketing programs while embracing emerging AI and agentic marketing capabilities to enhance productivity, customer engagement and revenue growth.

Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success:

Support Integrated Demand Generation Campaigns – Work with the Demand Generation & Integrated Marketing Manager as part of a regional marketing hub to plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across direct and partner channels, ensuring programs are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.

Orchestrate Partner Marketing – Deploy and execute Globally-built co-marketing programmes and playbooks with resellers, distributors and technology alliances — spanning demand generation campaigns, field events, digital & content activations. Manage the partner fund (BIF/MDF) for the region, overseeing budget allocation, activity approval, ROI tracking and reporting.

Manage Sales Activation & Digital Sales Interlock – Partner with Digital Sales teams to execute targeted sales activation programs that accelerate pipeline generation. Develop and deploy sales enablement kits, optimise lead flow between BDRs, Digital Sales and partners, and use AI-driven insights to improve campaign performance and conversion across priority accounts.

Execute Scalable Marketing Programs – Deliver scalable, AI-enabled marketing programs that empower channel partners and sales teams to execute consistent, high-impact campaigns across APJ. Collaborate with Sales, Channel Operations, and Integrated Marketing teams to coordinate partner communications, execute webinars and events, and continuously optimise program performance through data-driven insights and automation.

Own Leads Management & Optimisation – Manage end-to-end lead operations, including lead processing, routing, uploads and data quality, while monitoring lead flow performance and conversion. Use AI-enabled tools and performance analytics to continuously optimise lead flow, uncover insights, identify process improvements, and enhance lead quality, conversion and campaign effectiveness.

Drive AI Innovation & Marketing Automation – Leverage AI-powered tools and agentic marketing capabilities to automate workflows. Identify workflow scenarios to run and optimize via agentic marketing, and build relevant AI agents accordingly.

To ensure you are set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or campaign management, preferably within a technology or SaaS environment.

Proven track record executing co-marketing programmes and digital campaigns across GCR, ASEAN, and/or ANZ.

Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce or similar.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across marketing, sales, and partner teams.

A data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality marketing programs that generate measurable business results.

Confident using AI tools to create agents, improve productivity, and optimise marketing campaigns.

Hands-on event planning and execution experience, including logistics, vendor management, and post-event follow-up.

The range listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.

At BMC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at /near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is AUD 86,400 - AUD 144,000
