How you’ll make an impact

Join AMP Bank GO and help deliver a seamless, secure, and reliable payments experience for our customers. As a Payments & Cards Team Member, you'll play a key role across cards, payments, reconciliations, and disputes, ensuring transactions are processed accurately, risks are managed, and customers receive exceptional service. You'll be part of a growing team, with opportunities to broaden your skills and develop specialist expertise as the business evolves.

You’ll make an impact by:

Support card services and digital wallet transactions, ensuring a smooth and secure customer experience.
Process and manage customer payments accurately and efficiently, resolving issues and discrepancies promptly.
Maintain transaction integrity through reconciliations, investigating and resolving exceptions to minimise risk.
Manage chargebacks, disputes and fraud-related enquiries, protecting both customers and the bank.
Deliver exceptional customer and stakeholder service, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.

What you will bring to the team

Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment in a customer service and/or data entry role
Experience and passion for providing consistent and outstanding levels of customer service
Broad understanding of SME business banking
Prior experience gained through an internship in the financial services industry and/or a payment processing company will be highly regarded
Appropriate tertiary qualifications or preparedness to undergo studies in business, finance or a related discipline desirable
