About the role:

We are looking for motivated, client centric, outcome focussed Occupational Therapist to join our expanding team and be instrumental in the growth and support of our clients

This role will have an extensive focus on professional development and career mapping.
We would like you to be well versed in completing functional assessments and tailoring best practice interventions
You will be proficient in the use of psychometric screening tools such as the PEDI-CAT, Vineland - 3, WHODAS etc
We are looking for highly motivated OT that thrives on working independently, has the drive to help and grow a team
You must have a good level of commercial acumen and understand the key drivers behind referral trends
You will be a leader in your field when it comes to providing a client centric and evidence based service
You will be able to assist with building on the training resources that already exist within the business
The role will require you to lead and mentor staff across multiple areas of practice
You will provide pivotal input for the development business processes for future occupational therapists and allied health professionals

To be successful:

Bachelor or Masters of Occupational Therapy
NDIS experience and understanding is highly preferable however as long as you have clinical experience, this is key
A passion for assisting clients to reach their full potential
Proven ability to establish meaningful relationships with a variety of stakeholders and be able to demonstrate and validate repeat referral sources
A high level of written and verbal communication skills, particularly in advocacy, mediation, negotiation and conflict resolution
Current driver's licence and registered vehicle
AHPRA Registration
Other qualification specific to disability will be highly regarded
