The Winslow Group is a renowned civil construction company which operates across Metro Melbourne, regional Victoria, Northern New South Wales, and Queensland. About the role:

Provide environmental advice and support across multiple civil construction projects
Ensure compliance with environmental legislation, approvals, and company policies
Implement, and monitor Environmental Management Plans (EMPs) and Site Environmental Management Systems
Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations
Prepare and submit environmental reports, documentation, and permit applications
Promote environmental awareness through toolbox talks and staff training

About you:

Degree or relevant tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within the civil construction or infrastructure sector
Strong knowledge of environmental legislation and industry best practices
Demonstrated experience with EMPs, erosion & sediment control, and incident response
Effective communication and engagement skills
A proactive, practical, and hands-on approach
Demonstrated ability to lead or desire to be a future leader
