About The Role

As a Data Science Lead, you will lead a high‑impact team of Data Scientists to deliver machine learning products that drive real business value. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of data science initiatives, from ideation and design through to production, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Working closely with senior stakeholders across product, technology, and commercial teams, you will translate complex data solutions into clear business outcomes while advancing the organisation’s AI and machine learning capability. This role combines strong people leadership, technical depth, and commercial thinking to shape how data science delivers impact across the business.

Responsibilities Include:

Lead delivery of production‑grade machine learning products that drive real‑time decision making
Drive best practice across the ML lifecycle, including deployment, monitoring, and governance
Build and lead a high‑performing Data Science team, coaching and developing talent
Partner with product, tech, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities and align priorities
Translate complex technical outputs into clear, commercially relevant insights
Embed scalable tooling, automation, and processes to improve efficiency and delivery quality

About You

You are an experienced Data Science leader who combines strong technical expertise with a commercial mindset and a focus on delivering impact. You enjoy leading and developing teams, balancing innovation with operational rigour, and working closely with stakeholders to translate complex data into meaningful outcomes. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing across teams, and driving continuous improvement across both people and technical capability.
