About the Role

We are seeking warm, compassionate and faith-aligned Educational Support Officers (Teacher Aides) to join our Casual Relief Pool for an immediate start.

In this role, you will work alongside teachers to support students across a variety of learning contexts. No two days are the same, and your flexibility and heart for students will make a real impact.

You will:

Support students in class (individuals and small groups).
Assist with learning activities, resources and classroom preparation.
Provide encouragement and support to students with diverse learning needs.
Supervise students during break times and activities as required.

About You

You are someone who:

Has a genuine and active Christian faith, and a desire to be part of a Christ-centred learning community.
Builds positive, caring relationships with students and staff.
Is flexible, reliable and able to work as part of a team.
Holds (or is working towards) a Certificate or Diploma in Education Support (preferred).

Essential requirements:

Pastoral reference (required) – please note this is an essential part of your application.
Ability to obtain and maintain a positive Working with Children Check (Blue Card).

Salary

Salary is aligned with the 2022 ACC Enterprise Agreement and will reflect your qualifications and experience.
