What's the role?

As a Senior Customer Onboarding Specialist in APAC, you will be responsible for guiding customers through HubSpot software setup, tool training, and initial campaign planning. Our customers vary in size and industry, so we are looking for motivated team members who have strong communication skills, a passion for helping people, an interest in problem-solving, and the flexibility to work across a variety of projects.

What will I do?

Serve as the main point of contact for approximately 30 customers to ensure a successful 1st year on the HubSpot platform.
Define customer success, articulate value, lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), and provide consultative guidance that helps customers achieve their goals.
Conduct regular strategic calls to drive product adoption and customer engagement.
Ensure customers complete all required technical setups efficiently and on schedule.
Train and educate customers on how to effectively utilise HubSpot's tools.
Begin strategising and launching growth-oriented campaigns with customers.
Collaborate internally with Sales, Contract Management and Customer Success Managers to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
Improve and scale the HubSpot software setup process.

Who are you?

Experience in one or more of the following:
- Supporting software implementation projects
- Leading in-house software adoption initiatives
- Working in marketing, sales, customer success, or customer service roles
Ability to manage simultaneous software implementations for multiple clients.
Capable of delivering engaging product training sessions via phone and web conferencing.
Experience with building marketing campaigns, establishing customer feedback loops, setting up CRMs, and/or organising sales processes.
You are a consultative, customer-focused professional with strong skills in articulating value, running EBRs, and defining success plans that drive customer outcomes.
Proficient in researching, troubleshooting, and solving complex software issues.
Able to effectively project manage and create structured plans that ensure customer success post-onboarding.
Adaptable to a fast-paced and evolving environment and comfortable working in a multicultural environment across APAC.
Displays a strong growth mindset with a dedication to continuous learning and personal growth.
An understanding of API concepts and system integration mechanisms preferred.
