What you’ll do
The Social Operations Planner is a key support function to the team and critical in driving innovation and platform excellence.

Act as the primary administrator for all owned social channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit), overseeing backend user access, security, compliance, and ongoing maintenance.

Design and own the suite of social performance dashboards, extracting raw data to deliver high-impact reporting on campaign effectiveness and ROI for senior leadership.

Translate complex metrics (e.g., retention, engagement, sentiment) and emerging cultural trends into actionable creative recommendations to refine future content strategies.

Partner with the Head of Social to invent, map, and document a new team's daily workflows, playbooks, training guides, templates, and resource planning.

Serve as the key link between the Social COE, Media COE, and Digital Media Agency (DMA), supporting cross-channel planning and Joint Business Plan (JBP) initiatives.

Enforce internal schedules and sign-off processes for staff and external agencies, while serving as the team's lead expert on platform updates, algorithm shifts, and AI developments.
What you’ll bring

Previous Social media platform administration experience, managing backend user access settings for organic accounts, including security and governance.

Experience pulling raw performance data from native platform analytics tools and third-party measurement suites to build regular, easily digestible data dashboards and executive reports.

Experience translating raw video performance metrics and viewer retention curves into clear, actionable creative optimisation recommendations that helps improve future content performance.

Experience closely monitoring daily shifts in social platform algorithms, new features, and beta tests, with the ability to translate technical changes into practical growth tips for a creative team.

Proficiency using social listening platforms to track audience sentiment, identify emerging internet subcultures, and monitor shifting brand health indicators.
