$28.31 base hourly pay rate + penalty rates (including on weekends, public holidays, and late nights).

Additional Information:

These roles are Permanent Part-time, 30hrs/fortnight

As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts.

o Wednesday and Thursday availability required

You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).

Team vision (text) As Customer Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Processing returns and resolving customer issues, recognising when to escalate to someone with higher authorization.
Handling cash and card payments in a reliable, efficient, accurate and friendly way.
Recording information accurately in the system so we can continually make improvements to the customer shopping experience.
Ensuring customers have a positive final touchpoint during the IKEA shopping experience.
Securing that all products passing through the entrance and exit are paid for.
Supporting other areas of the Customer department
