About the Participant
The participant is a creative woman in her 30s living at home with her supportive family. She is passionate about fashion design and has a deep love for animals (she proudly cares for her pet chickens and a duck!). Currently, her primary support comes from her brother, but she is ready to expand her personal and social horizons.
Her big-picture goals include building self-confidence, forming genuine friendships, and transitioning into independent living. She also dreams of studying fashion part-time and will need support navigating enrolment and attending classes.

- Active Engagement: Bring high energy and a vibrant personality to actively draw her out of her shell.
What We Are Looking For
- Tertiary Background: You have experience navigating or supporting individuals within a tertiary education environment (TAFE, university, or registered training organisations) to help her successfully manage her studies.
- Compassionate yet Resilient: You possess a strong backbone, excellent professional boundaries, and the ability to advocate effectively for your participant’s autonomy and independence.
- Emotionally Intelligent: You are highly sensitive to complex family dynamics and can navigate home environments with respect and discretion.
- Outgoing & Proactive: You excel at confidence-building and know how to make social skill-building fun and rewarding.
