We are on the hunt for a reliable and detail-oriented casual team member to support records and archiving activities at Yallourn.

About the Role
Working within our clients administration and information management team, you will play a key role in supporting a structured records management program across both the power station and mine operations.
This is a great part-time opportunity for someone with strong archiving experience who enjoys hands-on work, organisation, and working independently across varied site locations.

Key Responsibilities

Sort and review physical records from the power station and mine, determining appropriate retention requirements
Identify whether records should be stored digitally or physically in line with retention schedules
Assist with the archiving of physical records in accordance with established procedures
Scan long-term retention records for secure digital storage
Conduct audits of satellite libraries and the technical library, applying retention decisions to each collection

About You
You are organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a structured environment.

Demonstrated experience in records management or archiving
Understanding of records retention principles and schedules
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
Confidence working across different on-site environments, including accessing storage areas across the power station and mine
