Padua College is an independent Catholic Boys' Day School from Years 5-12 conducted by the Order of Franciscan Friars minor with an enrolment of over 1500 boys.

Typical Duties
- Plan and run regular Esports training sessions and competitions
- Coach students in gameplay strategy, teamwork, communication, and sportsmanship
- Promote positive digital citizenship, wellbeing, and healthy gaming habits
- Prepare teams for tournaments and manage all associated logistics
- Maintain Esports equipment and create an inclusive, supportive team environment
