About the Role
Reporting to the Compliance Officer, we are seeking a detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support for a specialised, short-term data reconciliation project. This role focuses on the high-volume entry and validation of historical records to ensure internal compliance and accurate processing of project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities

Data Management: Auditing source documentation to ensure digital records match with legacy inputs, maintaining the flow of information between internal systems, and performing final-stage data validation.

Audit Readiness: Ensuring all entries meet the specific formatting and documentation standards required for the project’s finalisation.

Confidentiality: Maintaining strict adherence to privacy protocols regarding sensitive organisational and personnel information.
