What's the role?
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Client Support Coordinator to join our Client Partnerships team. This is a fantastic entry-level position for someone looking to launch their career in a media environment. This role is instrumental in supporting the sales team by ensuring seamless campaign delivery, accurate administration, and exceptional client service.
Working closely with the team, you will be responsible for processing media orders, coordinating campaign logistics, maintaining internal systems, and supporting the broader team to deliver strong outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Process client orders and media bookings with accuracy and efficiency.
Coordinate media schedules across print, digital, and audio platforms.
Maintain organised documentation and up-to-date CRM records, including client contact details and sales activities.
Upload and manage contract documentation in internal systems (e.g., AdPoint).
Support digital campaign setup and monitor performance in collaboration with Ad Operations.
Communicate creative specifications and deadlines to clients, and follow up on outstanding materials to meet campaign timelines.
Gather feedback from the frontline sales team regarding the administrative support provided.
Manage client correspondence regarding schedules, materials, approvals, and campaign progress.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery and alignment across teams.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and the client experience.
Who are you?
Some experience in providing administrative support is beneficial, ideally within a media, sales, or client-focused environment, but a keen willingness to learn and develop is paramount.
Support to deliver excellent customer service and support to clients.
Willingness to learn how to address team requests, resolve issues, and build client relationships.
Developing administrative skills, including organisation, time management, and a strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM systems (such as Salesforce) is a bonus, but a readiness to learn is key.
Basic proficiency in generating reports, creating presentations, and managing data in spreadsheets.
