Your Long‑Term Opportunity

This is a chance to step into a well‑supported Manager position within a high‑performing, collaborative office.

You’ll work closely with Partners who take a genuine interest in your development, giving you exposure to broader advisory work and greater responsibility within the firm as you progress.

The Role

As a Manager, you’ll play an important role in the day‑to‑day success of the firm, including:

Managing and reviewing client work across business services and tax
Providing tax planning and advisory support
Building trusted relationships with a diverse client base
Mentoring and supporting junior team members
Working alongside Partners on client matters

The role offers variety, responsibility and the opportunity to grow at a sustainable pace.

Your Development

At Kelly+Partners, progression is structured but flexible. As a Manager, you’ll have access to:

About You

6+ years’ experience within a Chartered Accounting practice
CA or CPA qualification (or near completion)
Expertise using accounting software, including MYOB AE, HowNow, Active Ledger, APS, Xero and Quickbooks
Strong communication skills and a client‑focused mindset
An interest in mentoring and developing others
A steady, thoughtful approach to your career progression
