The Role
ASM Chilltech is seeking skilled HVAC Technicians to join our growing service team, delivering high-quality mechanical maintenance, repairs, and servicing across client facilities.
In this role, you will provide planned and reactive HVAC maintenance across a range of systems including heating, cooling, refrigeration, chilled water systems, and building management systems (BMS). You’ll work as part of a collaborative building services team to ensure systems operate safely, efficiently, and in line with ASM Chilltech quality and compliance standards.

What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver planned and reactive HVAC maintenance across client facilities
Assemble, install, test, and maintain heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems
Conduct fault finding, repairs, and upgrades across HVAC equipment and infrastructure
Inspect and maintain chilled water systems and refrigeration equipment
Ensure ventilation equipment and controls operate efficiently and continuously
Inspect and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) where required
Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and system malfunctions
Complete service reports and work orders within required timeframes
Ensure all works comply with WHS, environmental, and ASM Chilltech quality standards
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders
Your Education, Experience & Skills
Trade qualification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
Minimum 2 plus years’ experience in a similar HVAC Technician role
Proven ability to diagnose and repair HVAC equipment and systems
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to respond quickly to changing service requirements
Current Driver’s Licence
White Card (Construction Induction Card)
Working knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) desirable
