Trainee Pilates Instructor

Thrive Pilates Studio is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our team as a Trainee Pilates Instructor. This is an exciting opportunity for someone wanting to begin a career in the Pilates industry. No previous teaching experience is required. We are seeking someone who is eager to learn, committed to delivering exceptional client experiences and ready to develop their skills in a supportive studio environment.

About the Role

As a Trainee Pilates Instructor, you will receive mentoring and practical experience while working towards becoming a confident and capable Reformer Pilates Instructor. You will have the opportunity to observe classes, develop your teaching skills, and progressively transition into leading classes independently.

Thrive Pilates Studio includes:

Six reformer Pilates machines
Interactive Pilates Kiosk

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

Has a genuine passion for health, fitness and movement.
Enjoys working with people and creating a positive client experience.
Is motivated to learn and develop new skills.
Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Is reliable, professional and enthusiastic.
Is committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive and supportive environment.
Is available to work Saturday mornings, with flexibility to work additional mornings, evenings and/or weekends as required.

Fully funded Reformer Pilates Instructor training through an approved training provider.
Ongoing mentoring and support from our experienced instructors.
Practical teaching experience in a supportive studio environment.
Flexible working arrangements.

As Thrive is investing in the successful applicant’s Reformer Pilates training, the successful applicant will be required to commit to an agreed period of service with Thrive following completion of the qualification. Further details will be discussed as part of the recruitment process.

Required

Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
