Patterson Cheney is a leading automotive group with a strong reputation for quality, teamwork and long-term careers. We are currently seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join our busy, well-equipped smash repair facility.

About the Role
This is a hands-on role suited to a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in quality workmanship and efficiency. You’ll be working on a variety of vehicles, repairing and restoring them to manufacturer and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out high-quality panel repairs on a range of vehicles
Assess vehicle damage and determine repair methods
Use panel beating tools and equipment safely and effectively
Work closely with painters and estimators to meet repair timelines
Maintain a clean, safe and organised workshop

About You:

Qualified Panel Beater with relevant trade certification
Previous experience in a smash repair or body shop environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
