Diverse role combining administration, accounts and customer service
Work for one of Queensland's leading producers of premium landscaping products
Part-time role (3 days per week) with the opportunity to grow into a full-time

Your next role

We are seeking an Administration and Accounts Assistant who is looking for stability, variety, and great working conditions. This is a part-time role at 3 days per week with the potential to go full-time. Working closely with the team, you'll provide support across administration, accounts and customer service, including:

Accounts payable and receivable (invoices, purchase orders, expense claims).
Reception and front-of-office support.
Preparation and Collating invoices for payment.
Assisting with vendor/customer enquiries.
Cash-handling and banking.
General administrative tasks including filing, dropping mail at the post office and system maintenance.

About you

You're someone who enjoys being organised, takes ownership of your work and is happy to roll up your sleeves to help wherever needed.

To be successful, you'll bring:

3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in accounts. payable/receivable functions.
Excellent computer skills and proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to work autonomously.
A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multi-task and meet deadlines.
