ABOUT THE ROLE
In this key role as Quality Partner, you will support our Residential Aged Care (RAC) operations to meet compliance requirements and implement and maintain the systems and processes that underpin quality care and continuous improvement. This is an exciting opportunity for a Quality professional who is available for an immediate start or short notice period and is looking to make a meaningful impact across our aged care services.
Working as part of a dedicated team of Quality Partners, you will report to the Quality Manager and be supported within a collaborative environment focused on achieving high-quality outcomes and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
This role supports a portfolio including site locations in Erina, Newcastle, Port Macquarie, and Gosnells, WA. Flexibility to travel to these sites is essential to support operational and quality outcomes.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Quality Partner, you will support our RAC services by:

support of improved outcomes via action plans / programmes for continuous improvement
-
monitoring CIR resolution, PCI progress, clinical performance and regulatory compliance;
-
implementation of new policies, procedures and work instructions
-
rectification action plans arising from internal audits, review audits or complaint investigations
-
provide guidance and support leading up to, during and post visits by the regulator
-
support the drafting of submissions and responses to the ACQSC or other regulatory parties
-
validating assessments of program quality and clinical risk
-
induction support for new centre/site/program managers in TSA quality framework and systems and quality expectations
-
manage accreditation applications
-
provision of clinical advice and support to leaders and staff
ABOUT YOU
-
Understanding of and commitment to the mission and values of The Salvation Army
-
Registration as a Registered Nurse without restrictions in accordance with AHPRA requirements
-
Extensive experience in clinical practice and delivery in complex health contexts, preferably aged care
-
Experience working across wide portfolios with multiple key stakeholders
-
Experience in quality, compliance, auditing and continuous improvement highly desirable
-
Demonstrated high levels of computer competence and comprehensive report writing capability
-
Demonstrated ability to influence and work cooperatively to foster positive change, providing support and leadership
-
Ability to develop strong relationships and manage multiple key stakeholders
-
A demonstrable empathy for the customer

Current Australian Drivers' Licence
-
National NDIS worker screening check

Flexibility to travel to sites
