Join us on major data centre projects in Marsden Park, where scale, complexity and pace will accelerate your development.

This is the next step for a Contract Administrator looking to build their commercial capability — working alongside experienced leaders while gaining exposure to complex builds and developing your ability to manage cost, contracts, and commercial risk with confidence.

The Opportunity

As a Contract Administrator, you’ll play a key role in the commercial success of our data centre projects — supporting the team to manage cost, mitigate risk, and deliver strong contractual outcomes.

Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers and Site teams, you’ll contribute to the end-to-end commercial process while continuing to build your experience in a fast-paced, technically complex environment.

In this role, you will:

Support trade scoping, procurement and subcontractor engagement
Measure and value works, including progress claims and variations
Assist with cost control, forecasting and financial reporting
Interpret contracts and support administration of contractual obligations
Contribute to managing commercial risk and resolving project challenges

What We Are Looking For

We’re looking for a Contract Administrator who has built a solid foundation early in their career and is ready to step up — someone motivated to develop their commercial acumen while learning from experienced project and commercial leaders.

You’ll bring:

A tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering or similar
Experience in a Contract Administrator or similar role (typically 2–3+ years)
Foundational knowledge of cost management, contract administration and commercial processes
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across project teams
