About Us

Noonan Real Estate Agency is a trusted and growing real estate business committed to delivering exceptional service across property management and residential sales. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Office Manager to oversee our administrative operations and support our leadership team.

About the Role

As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our office, leading administrative staff, maintaining efficient office systems, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant Australian legislation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
Develop, implement, and review office procedures and administrative systems.
Allocate office resources, including staff, workspace, and equipment.
Supervise and support administrative staff, including assigning work and monitoring performance.
Maintain office records, business documentation, and administrative reports.
Coordinate payroll administration, staff onboarding, training, and personnel records.
Monitor office budgets and assist with accounts administration.
Ensure office equipment, technology, and supplies are maintained.
Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements and company policies.
Ensure business operations comply with relevant government legislation and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with management to improve operational efficiency and support business objectives.

Skills & Experience

Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Previous experience as an Office Manager, Administration Manager, or similar leadership role.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and business management software.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience within the real estate industry is highly regarded but not essential.
