What You'll Be Doing

Leading from the front by coaching, motivating and developing your sales team.
Driving daily and weekly sales performance and achieving key store sales KPIs.
Creating an engaging, customer-first shopping experience.
Supporting the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations.
Coaching team members to maximise sales opportunities and customer service.
Maintaining high merchandising and presentation standards.
Supporting inventory management and operational excellence.
Assisting with performance conversations, coaching and team development.
Managing customer enquiries, warranty claims and escalated issues professionally.
Ensuring compliance with company standards, policies and procedures.

What You'll Bring

You'll be someone who naturally motivates others and enjoys achieving results through your team.

You'll also have:

Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail leadership role such as Team Leader, Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager.
Proven experience leading, coaching and motivating retail sales teams to achieve results.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales budgets, KPIs and commercial targets.
Experience managing day-to-day store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.
Experience handling customer escalations and resolving issues professionally.
Previous experience with inventory, merchandising and operational standards.
Experience conducting coaching conversations, performance feedback and team development.
Current First Aid Certificate (desirable).
Forklift Licence (advantageous).
