We are seeking to become leaders in regenerative design, going beyond sustainability and harm minimisation, to enhance and repair our natural world and our communities.

Our Need

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who is passionate about design, storytelling and creating meaningful digital experiences.

Working closely with our studios, leadership team and marketing team, you will bring our projects, people and ideas to life through compelling digital content, strategic campaigns and engaging online experiences.

From award-winning projects and thought leadership, to studio culture and business development initiatives, you will help communicate the value of our work while strengthening our brand across multiple digital channels.

The Role

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the planning, delivery and optimisation of our digital marketing strategy. You will work across the practice to identify stories worth telling and develop campaigns that connect with clients, collaborators and the wider design community.

You will develop and deliver digital marketing strategies that support business priorities and brand growth, curating content across our website, social media and email marketing channels and partnering with studio leaders to showcase projects, people, research and thought leadership.

You will lead the planning and delivery of digital campaigns that support project launches, awards, events and business development initiatives, while overseeing website performance, user experience, SEO and content optimisation.

You will manage social media strategy, community engagement and platform performance, coordinate email campaigns, newsletters and audience communications, and work with external partners including PR agencies, photographers, videographers and web developers to deliver high-quality content.

You will monitor digital performance, analyse insights and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement, championing consistency across all digital touchpoints while helping evolve how our brand is experienced online.

About You

You are a marketer with a passion for design, architecture or the built environment. You are equally comfortable developing long-term digital strategies as you are writing compelling copy, managing campaigns or analysing performance data.

You enjoy collaborating with creative teams, building relationships across the business and finding engaging ways to tell authentic stories.

You have at least 5-year experience in digital marketing, ideally within architecture, design, property, professional services or the built environment, with demonstrated experience managing websites, digital campaigns, social media and email marketing. You have strong copywriting, content development and storytelling skills, and experience with SEO, Google Analytics, CMS platforms, CRM systems and marketing automation tools.

You are confident managing digital advertising, reporting on campaign performance and working with external agencies and creative suppliers. You bring excellent organisation, project management and stakeholder engagement skills, a strong eye for design and an appreciation for visual communication. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, Mailchimp, Hootsuite or similar platforms will be highly regarded.
