ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Consumables Coordinator to join our team where you'll support the planning and management of essential store consumables, ensuring the right stock is available at the right time while helping support cost control and operational efficiency across the business. This is a highly collaborative role where you'll work closely with brands, suppliers and internal teams to manage inventory, place and track orders, and support day-to-day operations.
With a strong focus on organisation, accuracy and problem-solving, you'll monitor stock levels, coordinate purchase orders, manage allocations and provide visibility on any supply issues that may impact our stores. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love bringing structure and efficiency to processes, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Experience in administration, procurement, supply chain, inventory management or a similar role (retail or FMCG preferred)

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Highly organised, proactive and confident working both independently and collaboratively.

Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across a variety of stakeholders

A problem-solving mindset and a passion for improving processes and driving operational efficiency
