The Role

This is for a fun, energetic, fast paced and vibrant sales person. Someone who is creative can think on the spot, and has a hunger to close sales.You will prospect, qualify, run discovery calls, build proposals, negotiate, close deals. What You Will Do

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage Australian businesses that could benefit from digital marketing services, including website SEO, paid advertising, social media and lead generation.
Outbound Sales Activities: Conduct outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, cold calling and other relevant sales channels to generate new business opportunities.
Discovery & Qualification: Speak with prospective clients to understand their business, current marketing activity, challenges, goals, budget and overall requirements.
Sales Pipeline Management: Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities, maintaining accurate CRM records, follow-ups and lead tracking throughout the sales process.

What We Are Looking For

We are not looking for someone who is great at dialing volume or following a script. We are looking for someone who is genuinely good at building trust with people, who has the commercial instincts to qualify well and close confidently, and who takes real pride in the quality of their relationships and the deals they bring in.

Specifically, you will have 2 to 4 years of experience in a full-cycle B2B sales or business development role, in digital services or an agency environment, with a proven ability to take a deal from cold contact to close without needing to be managed. You will be naturally consultative, leading with questions rather than pitches, and genuinely curious about the businesses you are speaking with. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, because you will be crafting outreach and running conversations that require real thought. You will understand the Australian market, knowing that trust takes time to earn and seconds to lose, and that being real and direct will always beat being polished and performative. You will be commercially sharp, organised, self-accountable, and genuinely coachable.

Compensation Structure

Base salary $60k to 70k per annum pro rata plus super + Monthly commission.

Contract Terms

This is a 6 month contract role with a view to move to a full time position based on performance.
