About Us

At Prenuvo, we are on a mission to flip the paradigm from reactive "sick-care" to proactive health care. Our award-winning whole body scan is fast (under 1 hour), safe (MRI has no ionizing radiation), and non-invasive (no contrast). Our unique integrated stack of optimized hardware, software, and increasingly AI, coupled with the patient-centric experience of our clinics across North America, have allowed us to lead the charge against "we caught it too late again." Prenuvo operates preventative screening clinics in Vancouver, Silicon Valley, Dallas, Boca Raton, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, New York City, Bethesda, Chicago, and Atlanta, with more clinics in North America and internationally in the next 2 years.

We are now expanding in Australia and looking for an Account Manager to help build and grow our presence across both the clinical and enterprise landscape.

In this role, you'll serve as the day‑to‑day contact for our most important partners, ensuring they have the support, insight, and collaboration they need to succeed. You'll be responsible for developing your own book of business across Melbourne and the surrounding region by building a strong referral network of physicians, clinics, and enterprise organisations.

This role does not provide visa sponsorship. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Australia at the time of hire and must not require employer sponsorship for a work visa (current or future).

What You'll Do

Build and nurture relationships with healthcare providers

Engage GPs, specialists, private clinics, and wellness-focused organizations
Educate providers on Prenuvo's offerings and referral pathways
Support practices to ensure a smooth experience for their patients

Develop and grow enterprise partnerships

Identify and engage corporates, insurers, wellness programs, and high-value networks
Support the rollout and ongoing management of enterprise agreements
Ensure partners understand how to utilize Prenuvo effectively and consistently

Drive referral growth across your territory

Establish new partnerships and expand existing ones
Build a sustainable pipeline of physician and enterprise referrals
Lead meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to strengthen collaboration

Provide insight and feedback internally

Share market feedback to help refine messaging, operations, and partner experience
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless patient journeys

Maintain strong operational discipline

Track and analyze activity to optimize performance
Maintain accurate CRM documentation
Represent Prenuvo at relevant events, conferences, and networking opportunities

What You'll Bring

5+ years of experience in healthcare provider sales, enterprise sales, account management, or partnerships
Strong understanding of healthcare dynamics and relationship-driven sales
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
A self-motivated, results-driven approach with strong follow-through
Comfort working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with preventive healthcare or MRI technology
Experience working with enterprise health, corporate wellness, or insurance partners
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, or a related field
