In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring safe, efficient and patient-centred staffing outcomes across Liverpool Hospital by combining strong organisational skills, attention to detail and effective stakeholder engagement.

Build and maintain effective communication with Nurse Unit Managers, clinical leaders and workforce teams to support operational requirements.
Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail when managing staffing allocations.
Utilise strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
Collaborate with NUMs and multidisciplinary stakeholders to achieve equitable staffing solutions that support quality patient care and positive workforce outcomes.

Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience or a combination of study and experience deemed appropriate by SWSLHD.
Describe a time when you were responsible for managing staffing shortages or unexpected changes to workforce requirements. How did you assess the situation, prioritise resources, and ensure safe patient care while maintaining an appropriate skill mix.
Provide an example of a time when you had to manage competing priorities and negotiate staffing solutions with multiple stakeholders, such as Nursing Unit Managers, clinicians, or executive staff. What approach did you take, and what was the outcome?
