We're Deltone Solutions — a fast-growing supplier of printer consumables and office supplies serving businesses across Australia and located in Melbourne's south-east. We started as a small 2-man band and have grown into a market leader in our space, built from the ground up on the back of great people, strong relationships, and a relentless focus on looking after our clients.

We know our products, we know our market, and we've carved out a genuine reputation as the go-to supplier for businesses who want reliability, competitive pricing, and a team that always answers the phone.

We're growing fast and we're looking for driven, ambitious people to grow with us.

What's in It for You

$50,000 base + super + uncapped monthly commission
Realistic Year 1 OTE of $60,000 – $75,000 — with a clear path to $100,000+ in Year 2 and $150,000+ for our top performers
Full training and ongoing development — we'll invest in you from day one
Genuine career progression into Business Development, Inside Sales, or Management
A fun, energetic office culture — sales games, team bonuses, company events & BBQs
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm — no weekends, no late nights

About the Role

Look, we're not going to sugarcoat it this is a call-driven, targets-on-the-board sales role. But here's the thing: we've built an environment where hitting those targets is actually a good time with a team who wants you to succeed.

Think monthly prizes up for grabs, sales games that not only progress your earnings but also break up your day to day as well as a positive and contagious sales floor full of like-minded people.

You'll come in, get trained properly, learn the craft of sales, and start earning commission fast. The people who succeed here aren't necessarily the ones with the most experience, they're the ones who show up hungry, take the coaching, and refuse to have a bad week twice in a row.

What You'll Be Doing

Proactively reaching out to prospective clients through outbound cold calling
Managing and growing relationships with an existing client base
Achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs
Providing excellent customer service and ongoing account support
Working closely with the broader sales team to hit collective goals

The ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships
A strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
Someone who thrives in a team environment

Experience in sales is a bonus but it's not a dealbreaker. If you've got the attitude and the hunger, we'll back you all the way.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
