What you’ll do

The Senior Subscriptions & Loyalty Manager defines the multi-year vision, future ecosystem design, and commercial growth roadmap for our premium subscription portfolio and loyalty integrations within Food eCom. The focus is to design and deliver a scalable, highly profitable subscription framework—evolving the Delivery Unlimited program into a broader product subscription portfolio, driving collection mix among subscribers, and integrating value-add external partners—to maximise sales and capture greater customer share of wallet.

Strategic & Commercial Leadership: Own the commercial growth plan, P&L, budgets, and forecasting. You will build and present executive-ready roadmaps to evolve "Delivery Unlimited" into a broader subscription portfolio while hitting sales, margin, and market share targets.
Customer Experience & Product Optimisation: Champion the end-to-end subscriber journey by tracking customer feedback and NPS. You will partner closely with tech and product teams to resolve friction points and advocate for customer-first platform enhancements.
Loyalty Integration & Strategic Partnerships: Work hand-in-hand with the Everyday Rewards (EDR) team to build seamless loyalty connections and optimise rewards spend, while proactively identifying and onboarding external partners to expand portfolio value.
Cross-Functional Operations & Growth: Independently navigate the business matrix to align marketing, trade, and operations teams. You will drive high-performance acquisition campaigns and optimise fulfilment levers to lower costs and increase the collection mix.
Data-Driven Insights & Modelling: Collaborate with analytics and finance teams to analyse subscriber metrics, map customer trends, and fix reporting gaps. You will build rigorous, forward-looking performance models to uncover actionable commercial opportunities.

What you’ll bring

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our subscription portfolio and drive a distinct market share edge for Woolworths' online business. The ideal candidate will be a highly independent, commercially minded leader who is comfortable navigating a complex matrix environment, finding new growth opportunities, and lobbying stakeholders to deliver strong sales and profit targets. You will possess a unique blend of strategic thinking, data-driven analytical skills, and a customer-first design philosophy. Additionally will bring;

Extensive Leadership Experience: 10+ years leading growth strategies, commercial roadmaps, and subscription/loyalty programs, with a proven track record of consistently hitting sales targets.
Strong Commercial & Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of eCommerce business models, subscriber economics (churn, LTV, and margins), recurring revenue strategies, and financial forecasting.
Exceptional Influencing & Collaboration: Highly capable in commercial stakeholder management, with the ability to independently navigate complex matrix environments, lobby senior leaders, and bring on new external partners.
Customer-Centric Design & Clear Communication: Proven ability to leverage data to translate customer insights into loyalty-driving propositions, and synthesise complex information into executive-ready presentations using Google Workspace.
Relevant Educational Background: Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
