Junior Administration Assistant

You will play a key role in ensuring our office runs smoothly by:

Delivering exceptional customer service by efficiently managing our reception area.
Handling filing and photocopying tasks with precision and attention to detail.
Preparing general correspondence for our clients.
Efficiently managing incoming and outgoing mail.
Ensuring a well-stocked and organised office by overseeing stationery orders.
Assisting with general housekeeping duties to maintain a pleasant work environment.
