Redcape Hospitality is looking for an experienced Bartenders to join the team at The Plough Inn in South Bank.

Whether you're pouring the perfect pint, mixing cocktails or chatting with regulars and visitors alike, you'll be part of a fast-paced team that takes pride in delivering genuine hospitality in one of Brisbane's most recognised pubs.

What You'll Do

Deliver friendly, efficient service behind the bar
Prepare beers, wines, cocktails and premium beverages
Build genuine relationships with locals and visitors
Keep the bar clean, organised and ready for service
Work closely with the wider team during busy periods
Maintain responsible service and venue presentation standards

What We're Looking For

Previous bartending experience in a busy hospitality venue
Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
Current Queensland RSA
Cocktail experience is highly regarded
Availability across days, nights, weekends and public holidays
