Job Description:

Overall Business Management: Take full responsibility for the branch’s overall operating results and day-to-day operational management. Oversee all branch affairs.
Target & Budget Management: Receive targets from the regional office/headquarters, lead the breakdown of the annual budget and key performance indicators, cascade staged tasks, and develop corresponding action plans.
Progress Tracking & Review: Conduct weekly tracking, review, and course correction on all business, operational, expansion, and cost-related targets.
Strategy Implementation & Optimization: Participate in regional and headquarters discussions and decisions on product, marketing, pricing, and related strategies. Optimize local execution based on market conditions.
Store Expansion Management: Monitor site selection progress and location quality, adjust expansion direction as needed, optimize the end-to-end process from site selection to store opening, and improve opening efficiency.
Warehouse, Distribution & Inventory Control: Oversee warehouse and distribution costs, actively participate in monthly inventory counts, and ensure inventory accuracy and cost control.
Branch Cost Control: Take overall responsibility for branch costs, with particular focus on personnel costs, warehouse & distribution costs, office, accommodation, travel, and other expenses.
Profitability Achievement: Drive profitability through business improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency to ensure the branch meets its profit targets.
Public Relations Management: Maintain strong relationships with local government, regulatory authorities, property management, and external partners to ensure a stable operating environment.
Compliance Management: Ensure full legal and regulatory compliance across operations, finance, taxation, employment, stores, and all other areas, while proactively mitigating risks.
Supply Chain & Ordering Management: Coordinate with the supply chain team, review and confirm monthly central warehouse order quantities, and maintain appropriate inventory levels and stable supply.
Product Management & New Product Launches: Work with the Product Management team to confirm monthly new product launch plans and corresponding raw material ordering plans.
Overseas Business Coordination: Collaborate with the Overseas Growth team to confirm and execute local implementation plans for overseas marketing strategies.

Requirements:
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is essential
Must hold Australian Permanent Residency (PR) or Australian Citizenship

Pay: $72,000.00 per year
