Playmakers Early Learning is a family-owned 75-place service in Altona Meadows, built on a simple idea: create the kind of service we’d want for our own children.

We’re now looking for an experienced Centre Manager to lead our service and take it to the next level - with our full support.

About the Role

As Centre Manager, you are the operational leader of the service, responsible for delivering a safe, compliant, and high-performing service.

You'll:

Lead day-to-day operations, compliance, and standards
Manage and oversee rosters, ensuring appropriate planning and break cover (we have recently developed a proprietary tool to help guide this dynamically)
Build and maintain a positive, accountable team culture
Create strong, trusted relationships with families
Drive consistency and quality across all rooms
Partner with the Educational Leader to align operations and curriculum

About You

Proven experience in a leadership role within early childhood
Strong understanding of compliance and service operations
Confident communicator with a hands-on leadership style
Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
