Electrical Project Manager

Lead major infrastructure projects from planning to delivery with a respected Queensland team driving critical network solutions.

Deliver diverse infrastructure projects across Queensland with strong internal support
Lead project teams, finances, procurement, safety and client relationships

Your New Role

CV Services Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated leader with a strong background in electrical infrastructure, utilities, civil construction, or industrial projects.

Drawing on the experience and capabilities demonstrated by our current project leadership team, this role will see you take ownership of project delivery from initial planning through to completion, managing safety, quality, financial performance, procurement, client relationships, and workforce coordination.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing project delivery, budgets, forecasting and financial performance
Leading site teams, subcontractors and project stakeholders
Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and client requirements
Planning and coordinating labour, procurement and resources
Identifying and managing project risks and opportunities

What You'll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Experience as an Electrical Project Manager, Senior Supervisor or Site Manager
Strong understanding of infrastructure, utilities, industrial or construction projects
Proven experience managing project budgets, forecasting and commercial outcomes
Knowledge of safety, quality and compliance systems
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Electrical trade qualification and/or relevant industry qualifications
