YES - Your secured package is base $77.8K to $85K, plus 12% super, plus $8.3K car allowance, plus $42K OTE. Hit your targets and you take home $137K to $145.5K. Top performers go further, earning up to 5 x $42K in OTE, that is up to $210K in commission in a single calendar year.
NO - If you need a higher guaranteed base to commit, we understand. This role is designed for someone who sees the $137K to $145.5K as the floor and backs themselves to go well beyond it.
Q4. Do you have experience selling digital marketing, SEO, AEO, SEM or social solutions?
YES - Even better. Your knowledge of the product space will accelerate everything.

THE ROLE
This is a genuine field sales role. You will be out in Central Coast NSW every day, prospecting, cold calling and sitting face-to-face with business owners who did not know they needed Thryv until you showed up.
You will be selling digital marketing and business management solutions, SEO, AEO, SEM, social media and more, to SMBs across your territory. You will manage the full sales cycle yourself, build your own pipeline from the ground up and own your results completely.
The targets are real and they are attainable. Your first three months come with a guaranteed 50% OTE so you can hit the ground running without financial pressure. Hit your targets and you take home $137K to $145.5K. Top performers earn up to 5 x $42K in OTE, that is up to $210K in commission in a single calendar year.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Building your own pipeline from scratch through cold calling, online research, networking and referrals. No leads are handed to you.
- Doorknocking and networking across your territory to get in front of business owners who need Thryv
- Meeting clients face-to-face, listening to their challenges and presenting tailored digital marketing solutions
- Managing the full sales cycle from first conversation through to close and onboarding handover
- Hitting and exceeding monthly new business targets, consistently, not occasionally
- Planning and managing your territory with purpose, your schedule, your pipeline, your accountability
- Keeping pipeline records accurate and reporting results to your Account Director
- Staying across Thryv product updates, the competitive landscape and what is happening in the SMB market
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A proven B2B sales track record, shown in the field, not just on a CV
- Digital marketing experience, SEO, AEO, SEM and social, is highly desirable and will set you apart
- No digital background? Fine, but you need to cold-build a pipeline and close new business without being chased
- You have doorknocked and cold called before and you are comfortable doing it every day
- You sell consultatively, you ask questions, listen and match solutions to real needs
- You manage yourself, your territory, your time and your results, without hand-holding
- You are across tech and confident demonstrating digital platforms to business owners
