Full Job Description

About the Role

We are a small surf apparel and hardware brand looking for a passionate, high-energy Marketing Coordinator to help drive online sales. In this role, you will be a key support responsible for planning, executing, and supporting day-to-day marketing campaigns that connect with our community and drive ANZ e-commerce growth.

You will report to the General Manager, taking ownership of some of our digital touchpoints, content pipelines and advertising performance. If you live and breathe digital marketing and love surf culture, this is your role.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management: Plan, build and support the execution of end-to-end, multichannel marketing campaigns aligned with our seasonal drops and brand milestones.
Email & SMS Marketing: Lead content creation and deployment for up to four Klaviyo campaigns/ads per week, maintaining high engagement and optimizing automated flows.
Paid Social Media: Set up, place, and actively manage Meta advertising campaigns. Conduct daily monitoring and budget management to ensure strong ROI.
B2B Asset Preparation: Manage aour database of imagery and prepare it for our seasonal B2B wholesale catalogues.
Digital Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the look, feel and voice of the brand across social media platforms (Meta and Google) and our Shopify stores.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 1 years of experience in a digital marketing or e-commerce role (surf, action sports or fashion apparel industry experience is highly regarded) and a strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager.
Proven hands-on experience building campaigns within Klaviyo.
Strong preference for candidates with direct experience working within the Ecommerce Equation framework.
Basic graphic design and photo editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite preferred) suitable for asset creation and B2B catalogue formatting.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to match a laid-back, authentic surf brand voice.
Exceptional attention to detail and data-driven mindset for daily ad monitoring.
