Total Tools Ipswich is looking for a Full Time Retail Sales Assistant, who has a real passion for tools & trades. This is an exciting opportunity for you to utilise your current skills and experience within a growing and diverse business.
This position will suit a motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a focus on customer service. Working with a variety of team members and customers, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid, long-term relationships.
What will you be doing?

Greet customers in store
-
Processing sales transactions
-
Providing advice and information on products
-
Supporting customer queries and offering solutions

Maintaining store displays and ensuring a well-presented store
-
Processing and maintaining customer orders
-
Reach and exceed sales targets
-
Provide a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OH&S guidelines, keeping areas clean and tidy

Previous retail and/or trade experience – you might be a retail star, or a tradie looking for a break from the tools

Strong work ethic, reliable and punctual

Has worked with, understands, and has a passion for tools

Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and a phenomenal teammate

Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service

Comfortable with technology – computer literacy is a must
Hours of work:
Applicant must be available to work weekdays, weekends, some public holiday work and will be required to work as standard roster as outlined below.

10 Day fortnight roster – working every second weekend, with an RDO each week.

9:00am – 5:00pm weekdays

8:00am – 4:00pm Saturdays
-
9:00am – 2:00pm Sundays and public holidays
