StretchLab North Strathfield is looking for exceptional Personal Trainers, Remedial Massage Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Yoga Instructors and Pilates Instructors to join our growing team of Flexologists.

This is not a conventional gym role.

As a Flexologist, you will work one on one with clients to improve their mobility, flexibility, posture and overall quality of movement through personalised assisted stretching.

Your clients may include busy professionals, recreational and competitive athletes, older adults wanting to stay active, and people experiencing stiffness or restricted movement. You will build genuine relationships with them, understand their goals and guide them through a structured mobility program that delivers meaningful progress.

Every Flexologist completes StretchLab’s proprietary Flexologist Training Program™, adding a highly sought after assisted stretching modality to their existing health, fitness or wellness qualifications.

Flexible part time or casual hours, including the potential to grow your schedule over time

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Conduct personalised one on one assisted stretch sessions

Learn about each client’s activities, lifestyle, injuries and mobility goals

Use movement and mobility assessments to help create an appropriate stretch program

Educate clients about mobility, flexibility, recovery and healthy movement

Motivate clients and help them recognise their progress

Build strong, professional relationships that encourage clients to return consistently

Recommend suitable StretchLab programs and session frequency based on each client’s goals

Lead small group stretching classes when required

Maintain detailed and accurate client notes

Contribute to a welcoming, professional and exceptionally well presented studio

Participate in ongoing training, team meetings and community or promotional activities

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Qualifications matter, but the way you connect with people matters just as much.

You may be a:

Qualified Personal Trainer

Remedial Massage Therapist

Physiotherapist

Exercise Physiologist or Exercise Scientist

Yoga Instructor

Pilates Instructor

Other suitably qualified health, fitness, movement or bodywork professional

You will be a great fit if you:

Are confident discussing client goals and recommending an appropriate ongoing program

Understand that lasting client results come from consistency, education and strong relationships

Previous experience in a health, wellness, fitness, rehabilitation or client service environment is highly regarded.

TRAINING

Successful applicants must complete StretchLab’s proprietary Flexologist Training Program™, which includes approximately 20 hours of online learning and three days of practical, in person training.

You will learn StretchLab’s assisted stretching methodology, client safety protocols, assessment process and approach to delivering an exceptional client experience.

AVAILABILITY

We are particularly interested in applicants who can commit to consistent weekly shifts and are available during one or more of the following periods:

Early mornings

Evenings

Saturdays
