What You Will Be Doing
As our Marketing & Communications Specialist, you will play a key role in driving engagement, supporting product launches, and helping customers connect with our products and expertise.
You will be:
- developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple customer segments
- managing HubSpot marketing automation programs, customer databases and audience segmentation
- creating engaging content across email, website, social media and advertising channels
- supporting new product launches through strategic customer communications
- analysing campaign performance and using insights to improve future results
- growing customer engagement through targeted communication strategies
- developing sales and marketing collateral including brochures, catalogues and promotional materials
- coordinating digital marketing activities across multiple channels
- supporting customer training programs and events
- collaborating with stakeholders across sales, product management and leadership teams

You will bring:
- proven experience independently planning, building and executing successful marketing campaigns
- experience with HubSpot or similar CRM / marketing automation platforms
- exceptional copywriting and content creation skills
- the ability to turn technical information into clear, engaging customer communications
- demonstrated success improving customer engagement, lead generation or database growth
- strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- confidence to take ownership, make recommendations and drive initiatives forward
- commercial thinking and a genuine understanding of how marketing contributes to business performance
- a proactive attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed
