Brand & Marketing Manager – Hospitality & Food

The Gradi Group is looking for an experienced Brand & Marketing Manager to lead marketing across our nationally recognised hospitality and food brands.

This is a hands-on, strategic marketing position spanning restaurants, hospitality venues, wholesale food products and online channels.

We are looking for someone who understands how to build, position and grow consumer-facing brands, ideally within the hospitality, food, venue, events or lifestyle industries.

Required: Proven experience in brand marketing, hospitality/venue marketing, food marketing or a closely related consumer-facing industry. Experience managing multi-location or multi-brand marketing is highly regarded.

Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 per annum + superannuation, depending on experience

Location: 99 Lygon Street, Brunswick East VIC 3057 – Group-wide role supporting Gradi Group brands and venues

Who We Are:

Gradi Group is an established hospitality group with a portfolio spanning restaurants, food production, wholesale and online channels.

Our brands operate across multiple locations and customer touchpoints, and we are looking for an experienced marketer who can bring these areas together under a strong, consistent and commercially focused brand strategy.

This is not primarily a graphic design position. While strong creative judgement and an eye for brand presentation are important, we are looking for a marketing professional who can develop strategy, manage campaigns, coordinate creative partners and drive measurable brand growth.

What You’ll Do:

Lead marketing strategy across Gradi Group brands, venues and food products
Develop and execute integrated campaigns across restaurants, wholesale and online channels
Manage brand positioning, messaging and customer-facing communications
Plan venue promotions, events, activations, launches and seasonal campaigns
Oversee social media, website content and digital marketing activity
Coordinate external designers, photographers, content creators, PR partners and other agencies
Maintain a consistent brand identity across multiple venues, products and platforms
Work closely with senior leadership, venue teams and operational departments
Support local venue marketing while maintaining wider group brand standards
Monitor campaign performance and use results to improve future marketing activity
Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, visitation and sales

What You’ll Bring:

Demonstrated experience in a Brand Manager, Marketing Manager or similar brand-led marketing position
Previous experience within hospitality, restaurants, venues, events, food, FMCG or another consumer-facing lifestyle brand strongly preferred
Experience marketing across multiple locations, brands or business channels
Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, social media and campaign management
Commercial awareness and the ability to connect marketing activity with customer engagement and revenue
Experience briefing and managing designers, photographers, agencies and other creative partners
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Confidence working autonomously and taking ownership of marketing outcomes
Strong creative judgement without needing the role itself to be centred around graphic design
