The Administration Support | Reception Support is responsible for supporting Borg Property Services operations by coordinating administration, onboarding, workforce compliance. The role ensures employees are onboarded efficiently, compliance documentation is maintained accurately, and operational administration is kept current and compliant.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will also work closely with Operations Managers to support, well-organised administration across all client portfolios.

Recruitment, Onboarding and Offboarding

Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for all new employees.
Onboarding documentation, Compliance
Ensure all pre-employment checks are completed before commencement.
Coordinate inductions and orientation programs.
Process employment variations, transfers and terminations.
Maintain accurate employee records within company systems.
Travel Booking

Workforce Compliance

Maintain employee compliance files, ensuring all documentation remains current.
Monitor and renew licences, visas, Working with Children Checks, police checks and other mandatory qualifications.
Issue training and manage the Training matrix

Front Desk & Visitor Management

Provide a warm, polished and professional first impression when greeting and welcoming visitors.
Employee Administration
Coordinate probation reviews and employment milestones.
Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
Support performance management administration.
Respond to employee enquiries relating to HR processes.
Experience within commercial cleaning, facilities management or workforce-intensive industries.
About You:
Previous experience in HR administration or HR coordination
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Confident managing multiple priorities and working independently
Professional communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels
Experience with HR systems/HRIS (SuccessFactors experience highly regarded but not essential)
A proactive and flexible approach with a willingness to assist where needed
