YES - Your secured package is base $71.6K, plus 12% super, plus $13K car allowance, plus $42K OTE. Hit your targets and you take home $135.2K. Top performers go further, earning up to 5 x $42K in OTE in a single calendar year.
NO - If you need a higher guaranteed base to commit, we understand. This role is designed for someone who sees $135.2K as the floor and backs themselves to go well beyond it.
Q4. Can you manage a portfolio of 150+ clients and consistently grow it?
YES - You are organised, disciplined and know how to prioritise. You do not drop the ball on relationships and you are always looking for the next opportunity within your existing accounts.
NO - If managing a large portfolio feels overwhelming rather than exciting, this role will be challenging. It requires someone who thrives on variety and volume.

THE ROLE
This is a field-based account management role with real commercial teeth. You will inherit a portfolio of 150+ SMB clients across Adelaide SA and your job is to grow it, retain it and deliver genuine results through tailored digital marketing solutions.
You will be out visiting clients face-to-face every day, presenting SEO, AEO, SEM and social solutions that solve real problems for real businesses. You will spot upsell opportunities, close them naturally and build the kind of trusted relationships that mean clients do not go anywhere.
Digital marketing is not a bonus here. It is the job. You need to know SEO, AEO, SEM and social well enough to have a genuine, credible conversation with a business owner about what is working and what is not.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Managing and growing a portfolio of 150+ SMB clients across Adelaide SA through regular face-to-face visits
- Presenting tailored SEO, AEO, SEM and social solutions that deliver measurable outcomes for business owners
- Identifying and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your existing portfolio
- Hitting monthly sales and retention targets with consistency and discipline
- Building long-term client relationships based on genuine digital marketing expertise and reliable follow-through
- Managing your own pipeline, schedule and portfolio with full accountability
- Keeping accurate client records and reporting results to your Account Director
- Staying sharp on Thryv product updates, the digital marketing landscape and what is moving in the SMB market
