Full Job Description

We're looking for a service focused Guest Experience Associate to join our team. This role would suit someone with strong customer service, hotel and Food & Beverage experience.

If you thrive on making someone's day, excelling guest experiences and working with a great team, this role is for you.

Your day to day:

Welcoming guests on arrival and providing assistance throughout their stay with a friendly and professional attitude.
Assist guests with directions, hotel facilities, local attractions, transportation, and special requests.
Monitor lobby areas to ensure cleanliness, organisation, and a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.
Coordinate with Front Desk, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other departments to meet guest needs.
Assist with orders and serve food & beverage in the lobby and other outlets.
Support with guest check-in and check-out processes when required.

What we need from you:

Experience in hospitality, customer service, or guest relations in hotels
Food and Beverage experience, including bar and barista skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Local Canberra attraction, events and tourism knowledge is an advantage.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
This role is only available to candidates with valid working visa for Australia.
