About the role:

As a Site Manager you’ll be responsible for keeping the site safe, organised, and moving to programme, while maintaining the high standard of finish our clients expect.

You’ll work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors and consultants to coordinate trades, manage sequencing, and ensure everything on site is set up for success. From managing logistics and site activity to resolving issues before they escalate, you’ll play a key role in delivering projects that are built right the first time.

Trades are aligned on sequencing, standards and expectations.
Work progresses to programme with minimal disruption or rework.
Safety is prioritised and consistently upheld across the site
Buildability or coordination issues are identified early and resolved quickly.
Materials, deliveries and site logistics are planned effectively to keep work flowing.

Workmanship and finishes are second to none, delivered exactly to plan.
Site progress, risks and issues are reported clearly and escalated early.
Clients and consultants experience a professional, well-run site

Your experience:

5+ years experience managing commercial fitout projects
Experience across workplace, retail, hospitality or health sectors
A trade qualification in a relevant construction discipline
Experience coordinating subcontractors, site logistics and sequencing
Strong ability to read drawings and ensure high workmanship standards
First Aid & CPR certification (Mandatory)
White Card (Mandatory)
Valid driver’s licence (Mandatory)
