Joining our Communications, PR & Events team, you will gain hands-on experience across brand activations, customer events, internal and external communications, public relations and community partnerships.

What you’ll do

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Communications & PR, you will support the delivery of communications, events and community initiatives that strengthen engagement with our customers, team members, partners and communities.

You will:

Assist with the development of engaging internal and external communications across multiple channels
Support PR activity, media materials, campaign coordination and administration
Coordinate corporate and customer events, including brand activations, launches and special experiences
Support community partnership programs, fundraising initiatives and volunteering activities
Manage event logistics, supplier communications, guest lists and stakeholder engagement
Maintain project timelines, budgets, documentation and reporting
Support post-event and campaign evaluation to identify insights and opportunities for continuous improvement
Collaborate with teams across the business, external agencies, suppliers and brand partners to deliver exceptional outcomes

What you’ll bring

You are a proactive and adaptable coordinator who enjoys variety, builds strong relationships and knows how to keep multiple moving parts on track.

You will also bring:

Experience in communications, events, marketing, public relations, community engagement or a related field
Exceptional organisation and project coordination skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines with confidence
A collaborative approach and strong stakeholder management capability
A passion for creating memorable experiences and meaningful community impact
A solutions-focused mindset, positive attitude and willingness to learn
The initiative to take ownership, anticipate what is needed and make things happen
