Join the Accessco Disability Support Group Team!

At Accessco Disability Support Group (Accessco), we are looking for an Office Administrative Assistant to support our growing team in Melbourne. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong administrative skills, and is passionate about making a positive impact in the disability sector.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting current team as relieving, 3-4 hours per day, 1-2 days per week.
Provide administrative support to the management team and allied health professionals.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage general enquiries.
Schedule appointments and coordinate staff and client bookings.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure documentation is up to date.
Assist with data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Support onboarding and administrative processes for new staff.
Liaise professionally with clients, families, support coordinators, and external stakeholders.
Assist with general office operations to ensure the smooth running of the business.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused.
Able to prioritise tasks and work independently.
A strong communicator with excellent verbal and written English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software.
Able to speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin effectively.

Requirements

National Police Check.
Full Australian working rights.
Strong computer literacy and administrative skills.
